Today is the official day of White Chocolate Cheesecake. Did you know that? Well, it is.
But if you are just now reading this, you may very well have missed your cheesecake baking opportunity. Never fear, dear reader…I’ve got you covered.
As I mentioned in another post, I’ve been developing some recipes for Nestle using their (amazing) Coffee-Mate Bliss Creamers. I love all the flavors, but if forced to choose, I am going to have to go with Vanilla. It’s like melted ice cream, but maybe even better. This realization forced me to turn it into a milkshake or smoothie.
On a similar note, I’ve also recently subjected myself to Philadelphia Cream Cheese White Chocolate Indulgence.
As if.
As if I needed anything else to add to my butt.
But this stuff is pretty fantastic, and I find myself dreaming up ways to incorporate it into all kinds of things. Popover topping. Cookies. Brownies. Added to buttercream. And now, a big spoonful in a milkshake.
I die.

I can’t follow your link from Facebook anymore. It takes me to a weird page and won’t allow me to leave comments. I don’t think I can come through google reader either. It’s weird. Aaanywho, this sounds amazing. On my cheat days I may have to try this!! =) For the most part though, i am being good, I HAVE to lose some more weight before summer, I don’t wanna be miserable! =)
This certainly sounds like bliss to me!
I saw the title of the post and thought, “I wonder if I could use Philadelphia Indulgence for this.” I squealed when I read the post and saw that you did!!! I love that stuff sooooo much.
