It’s Football Season…and a Buffalo Wild Wings Giveaway!

in football, Sponsored, Sponsored Giveaways

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Buffalo Wild Wings for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

In my world, there are but two seasons.

Football season, and everything else.

Yes, I’m a girl. But there’s something about NCAA football that gets me going. I don’t really care who’s playing (though of course, I prefer watching the bigger games), I will watch from noon ‘til midnight. Show me an underdog team with a desire, I’ll watch and cheer my heart out. Yes, Jon is a football fan, but he prefers the BIG game – the Hokies. That’s fine. But me? I love it all. In fact, he’ll admit I’m a bigger football watcher than he is.

What can I say? I’m a southern girl…I grew up on football.

So, that being said, twelve solid hours of football leads to a couple of things…One – I’m not answering the phone. And Two – food is a neccessity. Not just food, but, you know, tailgate food. Wings. Cheesiness. Beer. Things to dip in other things. Comfort food. Starch.

Yessss.

On homegame Saturdays, we tailgate on site. But other gamedays, it’s nice to have a place to escape to. A place with food that benefits all of us – whether it’s just the three of us, or the menfolk, or all of our ballgame buddies at once. We have our favorite spots, for sure, and one of those is Buffalo Wild Wings.

Personally, I like the variety of options. The wings are really good – in ranch – and don’t even get me started on the Buffalo Chips. Now, I’m not a beer drinker, but, the men are all able to get the brew they prefer, and the women, well, we can have pretty much any drink we want. The kids are all thrilled that there are options for them (nothing groddy) and we let them get whatever they want. Happy kids means happy parents.

And the games! Don’t forget that! The big game is always on, but so are the other games. No need to flip from channel to channel – they are all on with all those televisions. Nice. Even better? I don’t have to clean up. We go, we eat, we leave. The moral of the story? Protect the football. Get to B-Dubs ! Score!

Where do you go on game days? Have a tradition? Would you like to try out Buffalo Wild Wings? You should! To help you out, how would you like to win a $25 Buffalo Wild Wings Gift Card?

I’d totally watch all day football while munching on the wings with the hubs…sans our kids. It would be a mommy/daddy football date! Email: mkw70 at comcast dot net

There was a B-dubs near where I grew up, and I always loved it there! For some strange reason I always thought it was just a local thing, so I was SO shocked when I moved to NYC and saw that they were here too! :P Silly me. I loooove Buffalo Wild Wings’ burgers and fries! Yum yum yum!

BWW holds a special place in my heart, it’s the place where I met my now fiance on our first date. We go there to celebrate our “since we met” anniversary every year (and even on our half year anniversary!)! As for spending it during football season, we’re both big Nebraska Huskers and Pittsburgh Steelers fans, so we’d hit up BWW to watch our teams play!

My husband and I just moved out of state. We are used to being AT the games for our favorite team (gig’em Aggies!), but now we have to watch them all on tv. What a better way to enjoy our games from long distance with Buffalo Wild Wings (a favorite restaurant of mine!)

Wings are my son’s fave – we’d probably stop on our way to a Husky football game – go Dawgs!

I’m not a huge football fan but my SO is. Because of him I end up watching almost every game. Him and I would go out and watch his team and eat boneless wings!

Our younger son is in college and lives near a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. I’d love to pick him up on game day and head over for wings and watching the game on the big screen. Thanks!

We have a Buffalo Wild Wings in our town and now that football season is here I can’t wait to try it! I’m an avid wing lover and would grab a bunch of friends and spend the day enjoying some wings, beer and good company! My email is: Courtney[dot] sprague[at]gmail[dot]com

I’d probably go for an NFL game – unless they’re showing my alma mater, Arizona. That’s pretty much the only NCAA game I’ll watch of my own volition (though the Western KY/Kentucky game a few weeks back was pretty awesome!). I really like the BBQ chicken salad they have, though I think it may have been a seasonal summer special.

Oh, and BWW, if you’re reading this, GET SOME SKINNY DRINKS! I only have so many calories to waste on junk food – its rough when I have to decide between my food and my booze! LOL.

I’ve been telling my boyfriend he needs to eat there! Would be the perfect opportunity for us to go out and enjoy a game – maybe even a Fresno State game. We’ve been short on cash and don’t even have tv to watch at home! Crossing my fingers!
