Flaming S’mores Martini…from Eclectic Recipes

Hi! My name is Angie McGowan from Eclectic Recipes and I’m so happy to be guest blogging for my good friend Susan today. I’m so incredibly excited for her new S’more cookbook too. My family’s go to quick and easy sweet treat is always S’mores. And since we love them so much, I try making S’more themed treats pretty often. I’m so happy to have a copy of her S’more cookbook now. She has the most creative and imaginative recipes that are all S’more themed!

Today I’m sharing with you my favorite quick S’more treat, the S’more martini. It’s a rich and creamy decadent martini that’s garnished with a toasted marshmallow. Its a perfect grownup treat to enjoy with friends. And if the kiddos want one too, virgin S’more martinis can be easily made with adding chocolate milk to the martini glass instead of booze.

This martini is super easy to make too. Just start by rimming a martini glass in chocolate syrup and then coating the chocolate in graham cracker crumbs. Next I mix the booze – cream de cacao, marshmallow vodka and irish cream. I also add some cream before shaking the mixture with ice and straining into the glass. Lastly I garnish with the best part, a toasted marshmallow.

You can toast the marshmallow separately, or carefully float some Bacardi 151 on top, place marshmallow on top and light!
