One More Round of Thanks…A Lot Late.

To all of you tremendous bakers who particiated in Round One of Baking GALS…. Why am I so late in thanking you?

I won’t bore you with all of the reasons…none are good enough to stand on their own and there are too many to list to do it. So let me just apologize. And by ALL MEANS…if I left you out somehow, please don’t be mad at me, just send me a little Hey, You Forgot Me email and I will be sure to get you on here. If you could see the pile of emails in my box, maybe you would understand…but do know that I REALLY DO appreciate each and every one of you. We have had such a fantastic response to Round Two that you can’t even imagine…and it’s almost time to bake again!! By this time next week, many of us will have already baked and shipped our second round of packages! It’s not too late to get in on the action…just head over to the Baking GALS site and choose a host – all of the info is there for you!

And Marisa Rosenfeld from the French Culinary Institute in NY got together with a huge amount of classmates and professors to send an enormous amount of culinary goodness! They turned Baking GALS into a class project that amounted to 12 teams of baking!! Thanks, Marisa for such a great idea!!
