S’mores S’mores S’Mores! A Chocolate Moosey Round Up

Hey there, s’mores lovers! It’s Carla from Chocolate Moosey, and I’m guest posting for Susan as she’s busy being a celebrity on her book tour. In case you haven’t heard, Susan wrote this awesome book dedicated to s’mores. Unfortunately, mine is still in the mail. Maybe the post office caught a glimpse of it and decided to keep it. Anyway, I am here today to tie you over with a round up of s’mores recipes because I am a s’mores addict. It’s gotten to the point where people will tweet me when they see anything s’mores (including Susan’s book). The combination of gooey toasted marshmallows, melted messy chocolate, and crunchy cinnamon graham crackers (or even cookies) makes the perfect dessert, don’t you agree? But you don’t need to limit s’mores to just a campfire treat. Think cookies, cake, ice cream, even hot cocoa.

 S’mores Ice Cream – toasted marshmallow ice cream with cinnamon graham cracker pieces and fudge swirl S’mores Blossom Cookies – a twist on peanut butter blossom cookies using cookie butter, toasted marshmallows, and a Hershey Kiss S’mores Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars – Chewy chocolate chip cookie bars topped with toasted marshmallows and a chocolate drizzle S’mores Hot Cocoa – The ultimate hot cocoa drink with toasted marshmallows and cookie butter melted into the drink then topped w a smores inspired marshmallow Toasted Marshmallow Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches – Toasted marshmallow ice cream sandwiched between two chocolate chip cookies (not exactly s’mores without the graham crackers, but it still has two of the elements) S’mores Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups – Mini chocolate chip cookie cups made with graham cracker crumbs, toasted marshmallows, and chocolate bars Strawberry S’mores Tart – A sinful chocolate tart with a graham cracker crust, fresh strawberries, and marshmallow fluff (Really Thick) S’mores Rice Crispy Treat Bark – a layer of cookie butter rice crispy treat topped with toasted marshmallows and semisweet chocolate Pretzel S’mores – a sweet and salty snack of toasted marshmallow between two pretzels then dipped into chocolate. The sprinkles can match any occasion! Of course I had to include some of Susan’s recipes:
