Join Me For a Twitter Party!
Are you on Twitter? If you aren’t – why not? it’s a great way to communicate with friends, strangers, and brands. I use it constantly, and am a huge fan. I’ve made countless friends, (I became friends with Duff Goldman there!), I’ve flirted with celebrities (hello, Harry Connick, Jr. tweeted me about an ice cream date!) and I’ve made connections with brands that I use and love.
Take for example, Tyson Foods.
Tyson Foods products are already in our house, and at times, are a life saver. Especially in the mornings! So, when I was approached by the fine folks there to co-host a Twitter party with Audrey McClellan, I was all in! Of course!

The book the ‘The Weight Loss Cure’ popularized and resurrected
the HCG diet. It was something I had to research and explore, since my patients were asking for
it, and I had really turned away from this approach. We know that today’s diet,
lifestyle, and environmental factors are considered to
