Tuesdays With Dorie…Lenox Biscotti

This week’s TWD recipe was chosen by Gretchen of Canela & Comino…her blog is pretty fab, you should check it out.
While I don’t like biscotti, I made it. It was good enough, but again, biscotti…not sweet enough for me, too hard for my taste…and I don’t need extra calories lying around, especially ones I don’t really like. But super good for biscotti.
Sorry for the short post, but I am up to my eyeballs with work…and class, and a baby, and Baking GALS. Also, sorry for the sad pic, it’s night, bad light, and well, it’s biscotti. Imagine I put it in a cute jar, tied a ribbon around it and sat it in my window…because I would have if I had the time. Now I must get back to my final cake for Course 2 of the Wilton Series…I think I may have ruined it with my color choices. Umm, let’s just say some of the flowers are black.
Told you I was tired. If I don’t put a picture of it on the blog, well, I guess you’ll know why.
