It’s Pancake Day…Let’s Celebrate!

Now that the weather is cooler, the air crisper…this is when I LOVE pancakes. It’s too hot in the summer to enjoy sticky, warm stacks of pancakes if you ask me. So fall is perfect.

Apparently someone else thought so, too, as today is National Pancake Day! A whole day dedicated to buttery, syrupy goodness. Certainly a quick search on the internet will land you a multitude of options, but if you’re feeling lazy…Here are a few recipes I’ve done and loved. I hope you’ll try at least one today! Why not for dinner? Breakfast for dinner rocks!
