Tuesdays With Dorie…Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Chocolate Chipsters

Holy Crap!

Did anyone else not realize today is Tuesday? Me…completely oblivious. Thank goodness I remembered before it was too late!

 

This week for TWD, Stefany of Proceed with Caution chose Chunky Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Chocolate Chipsters. The only thing I changed was the Peanut Butter. I went sans nuts. Just don’t like the feel of them.

These were a snap to make, quick and painless. I wish I liked them more. I do. But again, what is it with me and peanut butter lately? That’s all I could taste, even though I knew it was only a part of the whole. My friends were big fans, though. In fact, Doug (another old Commune Roomie) described them as his “three favorite cookies in one.”

 

Next week is Malted Whopper Drops. As many of you know, I made these already, so I may try to mix it up a bit this time! Now, head on over to see how everyone else fared.
