Sorry, that song has been stuck in my head since I made this batch of brownies. I kind of invented this recipe, so I don’t really want to share it, well, not yet anyway. But it is thick gooey brownies and cheesecake, with a thin yummy layer of Snickers in between….YUM-O!
I also made a big batch of Dorie Greenspans Chocolate Chip Cookies today. They were good, though not terribly nice to look at. A bit to flat, and as per usual, a bit on the buttery side for me. But really good. i prefer a cookie with a bit more meat to it- these just kinda flatten out too much – and a bake temp of 375 was entirely too hot – I had to back ‘er down to about 340 to keep them from burning.
