Happy Thanksgiving

I hope everyone had a great day with family and friends, and ate so much that you are now content to just lay on the couch watching the Rocky marathon.

Cold turkey’s in the fridge, ya’ll. A commercial is just around the corner.

To those of you ho are getting up in a couple of hours to hit the Best Buy/Walmart/Circuit City/Target/Dumbass Store sale, have fun with that…and good luck! I hope saving $32 on a TomTom is worth it.

As for me, I’m sleeping in and shopping on Cyber Monday. I’ll save in tax what you did standing in the freezing cold at 4am! (I’m not knocking it, I typically do it myself. I just wasn’t impressed with the sales this year, though…so you won’t be fighting me for a Furby or Elmo or whatever the IT toy is this year. Besides, Seven is happy playing with spoons and old boxes. He’s a cheap date.)

Tomorrow I will be posting either my Twofer TWD pie or Dorie’s Cheesecake. Not sure which yet – I made them both today!
