Cake Decorating Class

On Saturday, I had a full day of cake decorating classes. It was so great to have so many cake crazy gals in the house!

From 10-2, we did an Intro Course, in which seven brave souls learned the art of dressing up an everyday cake into something fantastic!

I just gave them the tools and advice – they took it and ran. Think patterned sides, piped borders, flowers, fancy piping, the works! Didn’t they do a fabulous job?

Add to that – they were characters. I won’t even get in to the crazy details- but believe me – they were just what the doctor ordered!

Stay tuned for photos of the cakes from the afternoon class, where we dove into the world of chocolate curls, pulled sugar and FONDANT! Simply amazing.
