Creamy Onion Dip

Need something quick and easy for your New Year’s Party?

You can relly never go wrong with a great dip.  People LOVE dips – they are great for the healthoer bunch, who want to dip veggies, and the chip crowd loves any kind of dip. (Just ask my brother-in-law. That man has never met a dip he didn’t like.)

I was asked by Sam’s Club to try out one of their recipes, so I gravitated to the Classic Onion Dip they had listed.  Onion Dip reminds me of being a kid – my dad always liked it with Pringles.  Kind of still tastes like my childhood, even though I’m pretty far removed from that age these days.  But let’s not talk about that, okay?

Okay.

So this onion dip is a true crowd pleaser, and goes great with potato chips, tortilla chips, or celery, crackers, carrots, you name it.  All around, it has the punch of flavor you want from a dip, and it’s SO easy! I don’t know about you, but I’ve been crazy busy this holiday season, so time is a true luxury.  But this dip? It’s ready in about 5 minutes?  Heck, even I have five minutes.

Give it a try!
