Did you know that February 19 is the Official Day of Mint Chocolate? Personally, I love the combination of deep, rich chocolate and that cool, tingly mint in just about any recipe. Since we’ve been abroad here in Thailand, it’s rare to find mint chocolate anything, though we did stumble upon a milkshake at the beach not too far from here last week. And, while we were in Italy and Hungary last year, we never saw the combination in any store. Isn’t that odd? It’s like the rest of the world has no idea what it’s missing!
In honor of this spectacular holiday, I asked my blogger friends to share some of their favorite Mint Chocolate recipes, so that I could share them with YOU! Which is your favorite?
